At Datawash, we use Australia Post’s NCOA database to identify people who have moved address on your customer or donor databases. When they move, they lodge Mail Redirection application form with Australia Post. A number do not give Australia Post consent to release their new address and Datawash has no knowledge of their new address details but we know they have moved. We can flag these movers’ records on your database to save you time and money. As a part of the NCOA process, our database is updated on a weekly basis and we match both the full name and address and flag the records to indicate that they have left the address in question and we also let you know the date they have moved from the address.
